CBD (Cannabidiol) products are made from hemp plants that contain CBD and very little or no THC. You can not experience any psychoactive effects "High or Stoned" of the CBD. CBD has a healing effect. The effect of CBD (Cannabidiol) / CBDa (Cannabidiolic Acid) is the same no matter which form (Oil, Extract, Capsule) you take. CBD Hemp Oil is legal to trade in the entire EU and most countries around the world. Suppose the oil contains a legal standard of less than >0.2% THC or none. However, some countries do have restrictions on receiving Hemp oil. If you are unsure about receiving hemp oil in your country, you can contact local authorities for information and/or required import documents.
